So I'm going to a casual party on the Eve, but I cannot, for the life of me, decide what to do. I am olive skinned, with small eyes that are dark brown and I have a round face. Oh! And my hair reaches the top of my butt and it is layered in the front. 
Also, I don't know what I am wearing… sorry… 
So, what are you girls doing for makeup and hair? 
Any ideas for me?

1) Eyeshadow color ideas that will go with my olive skin
2) Hairstyle ideas (descriptions please. don't just say: ponytail. Tell me how to do the ponytail. Well, don't tell me to wear a ponytail, cuz I want something nice. That was just an example… lol)

I have sort of olive toned skinned like you do and I have a bit of a round face and dark eyes, but I find that this girl on youtube has some really great tutorials and beauty tips. Her videos can last a little long and she does talk a lot, but it's still great. Here is her New Years look that I think looks AMAZING! What is really great, is that you can change up this look in many ways. You can change the colors, and you don't even have to have that much sparkle. But I think those colors would look great on olive toned skin. These are some great colors you can experiment with for our skin tone: white, pinks, cherry red, ruby red, coral, lemon yellow, mint, jade, pine or forest green, sky, royal, smoke, navy, lavender, plum, gays, black, and silver.

I may not be going out but if I do I am going to be wearing a black dress with gold embroidery and beads on the front, its flattering and clings in all the right places, a netted cardigan on top, black heels and black tights (I love black)
I will be wearing gold jewellery- a big pair of dangly earrings and a huge ring and maybe some bangles.
My make up will be a gold and black smoky eye with bold black liner and a flick, and a neutral lip, flawless skin and a touch of blush.
My hair comes below my shoulders and will be back combed and straight.
My skin is also quite olive based (I am indian) so I tend to wear browns, beiges, golds for eye shadows. Purple is a nice trend, and black or charcoal looks very sultry
I think your should curl your hair
put the front in rollers whilst it is damp- to give volume and curl the rest in sections- the curls will start from midway down and I think that would look nice, pin up the curls while they are hot to help them keep shape. Back-comb your crown and use a low setting on your dryer to dry the rollers. Take them out and use hair spray after finger combing and defining the curls..

Hair: use a 1/2 inch curling iron and section hair into 2 parts put alot pinned up like most of it then leave just the bottom layer down curl the bottom layer using small sections of hair to curl hair spray it LIGHTLY then let the rest down curl it just like you did the bottom except for the top layers or shortest layers if you have any LIGHTLY hairspray it then curl the short layers hair spray it now if you have side bangs or bangs( beside just like straight across you face bangs ) dont fully curl those just like halfway curl then for like 5 seconds then fit them in with another curl hairspray it. (Also if you want to you can indivdually brush out each curl the spin it around you finger to make the curls look natural
