What Hairstyle Would Best Suit Me?

Basically, I'm looking for a new hairstyle, but I don't want to have to straighten or curl my hair everyday to keep it looking the same. My hair is very thick and coarse, and anything I do with it naturally looks horrible, so I hope that by getting a new haircut it will be easy to manage and will look nicer.
My fringe (bangs) especially annoy me as they're always in my eyes, so any advice on that subject would be much appreciated.
