tw high pigtails with bows and clips sounds kookie and cute!
suggestions:
scrape it up in to a mohawk, dye it pink
scrape the sides back tight so it looks short and leave a quiff on top
frizz it all out widly so it's a soft mess
french braid it with lot's of accessories
