What Are Some Really Trendy Hairstyles?

My hair is dark brown about 3 inches past my shoulders and I have side bangs but I'm growing them out. I really need a new hairstyle but I have no idea what I want, or possibly a new hair color. No blonde though, that is out of the question, so if anyone could suggest something that would look good that would be great. I also have a round face shape if that makes a difference or not.

Try a really rich auburn color, Emma stone was originally blonde but looks fantastic going as a red head
