ooh girl im 14 too with that blonde hair . my eyes are brown and i have extremely light skin so i like to wear whites , cool colors ( blue and purple , not so much green ) , a cute pair of jeans and some boots . usually i wear form fitting clothes but if you don't have any curves it might look awkward . ummm strait , loose curl , or wavy hair . make up , if you wear foundation get one like a shade or 2 lighter than your skin tone , no bronzer . tans in the winter time aren't cute . for the eyeliner i just use a dark brown clinique pencil along my waterline from the outer side to just past the middle part of my eye to make them look bigger then on the top i put just a little bit on the inner corner ( just for the top ) and for the eyeshadow . .
G R E E N E Y E S : get kind of a light charcoal color just above your eyelashes and then get a light silvery sky blue ( with or without sparkles ) right above that up to the crease in your eyelid . then get a white to separate the to colors very very thin from the middle and outward . kind of lightly brush the white outward with your finger . above that just a nude color up to your eyebrow then add your favorite mascara ( i use the great lash with the pink bottle and the green top ) to make your eyes look bigger and fuller .
B L U E E Y E S : same as the green , or instead of the blue you could put a silvery gray to really emphasize those blue eyes !
H A Z E L E Y E S : same placements as the blue and green eyes , different colors . the first color you do ( instead of the charcoal ) is a dark brown . above that ( instead of the blue ) use a copper or carmel kind of a color . sparkles aren't necessary but a few are appreciated ! after that id keep the white and nude the same .
B R O W N E Y E S : i have deeeep brown eyes so keep that in mind when i say this . well you could do this like the green , blue , or hazel , brown eyes are good with colors (: you could use a dark purple , a light pinkish purple , and the white . or dark brown , light brown , white . blues , pinks , greens , black and grays if you wanted . id stay away from yellows for all eye colors . . i wouldn't use red or orange either . maybe orange in summer or halloween but not winter . maybe even a light brown for the base , then a beige and a white ( that would work for any eye color )
to keep eyeshadow on ( it might sound crazy but it works ! ) close your eyes and put a little hairspray on your eyelids . N O T I N Y O U R E Y E ! ! ! !
a little light light posey pink blush along your cheekbone to your hairline then up a little bit to the middle of your temples .
a tannish skin color pink lipgloss to top it all off so people look more at your eyes instead of drawing attention to your lips .

P . S . i use mainly clinique make up besides my mascara which i already told you about in case your wanting to buy some make up . and if you are , for the foundation get the liquid over the powder .
P . S . S . make sure to wash it all off at night and before you put it on because any bacteria on your face will get on your brush and into your make up so the next time you use your make up you're putting all that bacteria and what not back on your face and make you break out .

Cold weather will make your hair frizzy and brittle. I guess you have to keep your hair and tie them up just put a hat on it to protect it against the humid temperature. On clothes I guess winter clothes are all the same it's all up to you to see if it fits you.
