take that picture to a salon and have them cut it.
gel or light weight wax will make it stick up like that but dont use too much of it, it will make your hair look greasy.
your hair will grow out in a couple of weeks so make sure you keep going back to get it cut or it wont look like that picture for long.

Gorilla Snot is some type of hard hair gel stuff.. idk i just heard about it.
