How to Do Your Hair Like This?

i LOVE this hairstyle but i dont know how to do it. i want it to look exactly the same. BTW i have shoulder length hair with bangs that are cheek bone length if that matters

that shirt looks HORRIBLE on rihanna o.0 anyways, get a really small curling iron or something like that.
