Hey!
To be honest I don't think you should go for that exact haircut..maybe one that's graduated at the ends (longer in the front than the back) or assymetrical ends. Your face is pretty long, so the short hair above your chin will make it seem longer. Also make sure you get sweeping bangs, if you're really bold get blunt, straight ones. The color would look nice though, and it'll really contrast with your eyes to bring them out! (:

no, you should keep your hair long, we can tell you just cropped your hair out with photoshop

maybe if you cut it, dont make it that short.
it dosnt really look bad but i think you would look better if your hair was to your boobs.
