10 Points! Hair Help!?

Ok so I'm getting my hair totally redone! Right now it's bland and boring I want something fun and new. I'm doing a drastic makeover video but I don't know what hairstyle to get. It must be bob length or shorter but the hairstylist would prefer ear length or shorter. I also have to pick a new hair color. In the end they will also give me a new outfit and makeup look. The goal is to make me unrecognizable and sexy. Here's what I look like now:
Thick wavy brown hair
Side bangs
Long layers
Pale skin
Blue eyes
Oval face
Elbow length hair

and ur question is…what? lol have fun!
