He has a really cool fringe kinda like justin bieber's . But As I observed, his fringe was pretty long but as the hair got to the top of his head, they became shorter and shorter. i.e. he has hair which is long at the front and slowly gradually becoming short to the top of his head, same for the back. i wonder what hairstyle is this.
Suggestion:
If you have a photo, you can take it to a professional hairdresser and get the look you want. As an old time hairdresser myself, it is exactly what you would call layering and is the same for men as for women. Good luck with your new look, sounds great to me.
