Hairstyles for Shoulder Length Hair with Lots of Layers?

So I got this new haircut.. I hate it. Don't even want to leave the house. My hairs golden blonde, and my hair dresser decided to ignore what I said about growing my bangs out and cut them super short. I have lots and lots of layers, some are about two inches long, which I also didn't ask for It's like Emily Haines from Metric's hair, but longer.
So any suggestions? (I fit it in a pony tail, but not all of it)

Hmmm, that's not the first time I read something a salon did to them, today.
This is another reason why I stopped going, they can't even cut all even around hair, so dh and I just cut my hair takes 10 mins, instead of over 1hr. then I have to go back 2-3x to get them re-cut. And they go to school for that and paying them?

Sorry, maybe you could put gel on your bangs and pretend that's your new style. As for your hair, try to put them up using claw clips until they're a little longer. Don't use straightener, that will slow down the growth. Or use headbands for your bangs just to hide them.

I don't let anyone touch my bangs, I cut mine each time I wash my hair.
