Interesting Hairstyles for Choppy, Layered Hair?

So my hair is pretty layered and choppy. My shortest layers are about at the bottom of my ear but there is a couple that are shorter. The longest, my hair is maybe 2 inches past my shoulders. The lady cut it with a razor, and i love it! But I'm wondering what some cute and interesting hairstyles are that I can wear for school?
Pictures would be awesome too =)
Thanks xx

Bonus Question: What color highlights would look good with strawberry blonde hair? Interesting, bright colors!
Thanks again!

Suggestion:

Many people with your hairstyle like to tease it or spike it up in the back.

You can tease your hair by combing you hair backwards towards the root to create a small clump of hair, then cover it with layers on top; so the hair has a 'poofing' out effect. You must generally use hairspray to make sure your hair keeps it's poofy shape.

To spike your hair, you must take a strand of hair in the back and comb it backwards towards the root once again. But instead of dropping the teased strand, you hairspray the strand straight up. You continue to do that until it's as spiked as you desire. Here's a video of a girl teasing her hair, for addition help. :-)

As for hair colors, I know you asked for bright colors… but my friend has strawberry blonde hair with an almost identical cut. She dyed the under layers of her hair black and it looks absolutely great! Here's a picture of what I'm talking about. Her under layers are dyed red.

I hope this helped. Sorry for such a lengthy answer. :-)
