Need As Many Opinions As Possible for Haircut (pictures)?

I'm getting a haircut in a few days, and I would like to know some opinions on what hairstyle I should get. I am 16 and have straight blonde hair about 2 inches above my waist. I'd like to get it shortened up to at least 2 inches below my shoulders because I have so many split ends, and now my hair is extremely tangled (to such a point that I might need to cut something off). I also have a bad habit of tearing split ends (which is why I have so many of them) and need to stop it before it gets any worse.

Please give me your opinion as to which of these four is the best looking and most suitable for my description. If you have any more ideas, I would appreciate them! Thank you

I like the last two but seeing as you've had long hair for such a long time, why don't you try getting it cut like picture 6 first and then if you're comfortable with such short hair, get it cut even shorter to number 5. It will take a lot of getting used to, just warning you! I would be able to give you a better answer if I knew your face shape but I would say the rest of the hairstyles would look too old on a 16 year old.
