Think is i never cut my hair before and have long useless hair, usually in a ponytail (I know its boring right!)
I am asian and have a big round face and green eyes, HELP PLEASE!!!!
What should i go for? I was thinking layered but i want a haircut that really would slim down my face, not make it bigger or odd.
P.S. I really like messy or shaggy, not straight or chic.
Suggestion:
Do not cut your hair short. Us people with round faces need long hair to make it appear slimmer. I think you should start wearing your hear down, as ponytails everyday aren't good for your scalp. & tell yor hairstylist to give you long layers. I had your problem and that's what I did

I have very long hair down to my knees. I style my hair 7 different ways a week, takes 2-10 mins. How can that be boring?

Google them and see if you can find how they cut & style their hair, so you have an idea.
Bangs if you want to look younger. Long layers with a blunt cut will give your hair lots of body !
A choppy bob hair cut would be perfect!
