What Are Some Cute Hairstyles for Layered Hair?

I have longish, layered hair with side bangs. My hair is pretty thick, and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for cute hairstyles. It is usually pretty tricky to do my hair because of the different lengths of the layers. More casual hairstyles are appreciated, but if you know of a formal one, I'd like that, too.
