my hair is about the length of my waist and i have no hairstyle to speak of.i just trim my hair once every 3 months.i have fine wavy hair( a little wavy,not too wavy) which i think will go well with the wispy look.and i have no experience with bangs of any kind.my hair is a dark brown shade with some black in it and i am thinking of getting highlights too, will it look good???
so now my ques are:
1.will the wispy look suit me?
2.will the highlights suit me? please tell me about how often i will need to touch up my highlights or can i get permanent ones that won't go away unless i dye my hair?please tell me what u know about highlights.
3.will the wispy look look good with the highlights?
4. if u do not think the wispy look is for me then please tell me from Personal experience ONLY what kinda style will look good on me? but keep in mind that i intend to have long hair all my life.

Suggestion:
Im getting my hair cut like hers tomorrow! haha however i would not get highlights. I know the feeling i've wanted highlight's and got them before but when they start growing out it looks really bad and you always have to keep up with them, which would make my hair lighter and lighter. But basically what katy perry has is choppy layers and bangs, however her bangs are long enough to be swept to the side. My hair is fine as well and to make it look like this you will need to put a lot of styling product in it to give it that messy look. My hair is a dark brown and about the lenght of my waist as well
