My Boyfriend Needs a Hair Cut. Picture Included. Any Advise?

basically, my boyfriend really needs a hair cut but I have no idea what style would look good on him. His face is pretty narrow, his eye brows are thick, he has a fairly prominent nose/jaw line. I have pictures of him now, and some styles I would like to get an opinion on.

And this is how tall he is. His hair is a bit longer now since this picture was taken awhile (the one in the grey basketball shorts.) He's about 6'1

You're advice or opinion would be awesome! I wish he would just get a hair cut by himself but he hasn't since seventh grade. I wouldn't mind the long hair, its just that he doesn't take care of it so it has knots and tangles.

3, since you said he doesn't take care of it, short is the way to go, I used to keep mine about the length of 2, a bit shorter and kind of flipping outward at the bottom, but if you don't put alot of effort into it it comes out bad, so mines the same as 3 (specifically, like this http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AicKJNj3MHQ7CWgUyLDTzIjsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20100612210807AANo4n1 ), short is stylish and classy, long hair makes the face seem more narrow, and almost horse-like, short lets the features shine and makes it a little wider, plus it's summer, so it'll cool him down, hope this helps, good luck actually convincing him to go short though, it's not easy to cut off that much hair after having it for so long
