It has like, a LOT of layers and the layers go pretty short (if that made any sense).
Anyways, I'm not fat or anything, it's just that my face is round and… er… chubby.
I'm worried that it's going to make my face look fatter…
so… will it?

Its always best to ask your stylist. They are good at being able to tell what kind of haircut will best suit your face shape. Its not as simple as saying "short hair will make you look chubbier," its about getting the right type of short hair.
I have a chubby face as well and eventhough I have long hair now, I used to have short hair for many years. I've had bad short haircuts which made me look awful and I've had good ones which actually made my face look thinner. Make sure you go to a good salon and a good stylist who knows what they're doing. Short hair can end up being a disaster if you go to SuperCuts.

Been there, done that . Short hair can make a round face look even rounder. The same goes with bangs. Bangs that go straight across the forehead can basically cut the face in half, rather than elongate it.
Unfortunately, in addition to the chubbier face, I also have fine, straight hair. It's a lose-lose situation. Curly, wavy hair is usually more flattering, but I'm stuck with straight hair. I can't do much about that.
If you want bangs, more side-swept ones are definitely more flattering than straight, blunt bangs. They'll slim your face SIGNIFICANTLY. Layers are a great choice as well, but you'll want to keep your hair below your chin. For me, hair that is just at or above my shoulders looks best, and is easier to manage, but that's just me.
Other tricks are making sure you have an off-centered part and adding height to the top of your head will make your face look longer. If I cut my hair too short, it would just fall flat and I would look like I gained 50 pounds.
I love some of the shorter styles, but I just can't pull them off. But I'd rather have a longer style that looks good on me than a shorter one that looks better.
I'm not sure the hairstyle you're talking about but if the hair is cut anywhere from above the shoulder to the chin length, it will tend to make the face look wider. Layers may help depending how short you go. Look up hairstyles for round faces and it should show you which ones will look best on you.
It depends..well i have a round face too and i just had a hair cut and it's short..for me no matter what..it's gonna look cute.. people say yeah you gonna look chubby with it but it depends how you carry it..it's all about attitude and confidence..good luck!
Shorter hair usually does make a chubby face look chubbier. Straight bangs will do the same. Long hair does a lot to slim down the face.
Yes it will esp with layers.
do whatever you want if you want short hair then go for it!
