What Kind of Hairstyle is This?

Sorry about re-posting this question. I was in a rush and couldn't put down the most essential part to this question! The actual hairstyle…. haha. Anyways the hairstyle is featured in the picture below the first one you come to. It's a short Asian hairstyle and I'd love to have my hair like this. My hairstyle is too long and irritates me most of the time. I just want it out of the way!
