Would I Look Good with Short Hair?pic Included?

Well I want to get short hair like maybe to my collar bone but most of my friends say I look better with long hair so, can I get any opinions on this ? Thanks

Suggestion:

I think it'd look super cute on you. You already sorta have the layer-y side bang type thing going in the front so its pretty easy to picture you with it short. I know this girl who you look a lot like, but she's not scene she's emo (I'm not sure what the difference is, or if there is one, sorry!) Anyway she has short hair and her bangs are died and it's pretty cute. I couldn't pull something like that off but it really works on her. I think the thing is, if it's what you want then you'll be confident with it and you'll definitely be able to pull it off. Don't listen to the people saying keep your long hair, because it doesn't hurt to try and it can always grow back.

Even if you don't like it, I promise it'll grow on you!
