I get stares sometimes, especially when i`m
working since i`m a cashier at a store. Quite a few
people say they love my hair, or that its beautiful,
or that they wish they had hair like this. It kind of
baffles me because this hair can be such a pain to
work with and I don`t think they realize how much
time goes in to maintain it so it looks "pretty".
Alot of the compliments come from white people
which i think is cool but strange because i thought
people considered white hair straight hair as the
best hair to have Yet, the other day I was talking to
a guy I recently met and my hair was big, curly, and
volumed like the ladies in the picture (thats not
me in the pics,we just have the same hair type). He
said it looks like a wig. This is my natural hair type
(im mixed black/white). I have never worn wigs,
weave, extensions, etc and I love rocking my natural hair like this. I dont
like straightening and I havent done it in over a
year. I know a lot of people with curly hair who
straighten. Is it really just an unattractive
hairstyle or do people not feel used to it?
I find Asians attractive but I feel like its too "different" for them because the majority of them have straight hair and that it may be a turnoff to them.
Being that I am a Hairstylist and design hair… i must say the three inside pictures are beautiful… if you can arrange your hair like any of these do so… it is ravishingly lovely…
use softening agents that keep your hair looking soft and vibrant…
i am white, and female… and actually do perms like this still… it is nice to have both options… of curly or straightened… and some great irons.. exist on the market, as well as some great brushes.. if your hair is very curly you may need to go to a salon that has expertise in straightening chemically your kind of curl…
I still love these wonderful locks of hair… keep it cut and conditioned… and love who you are… those pictures are gorgeous…
love the hair… keep it sweet looking and soft. the side parted ones.. are a little severe… on most profiles.. so.. stay with the inside pictures..
Ps.. i have many male clients.. and they all love my hair curlier, rather than straight, it appears… these ones… loves the dangling locks… with curl…
the women, tend to like the straighter versions…
keep in mind that beauty is in the eye of the beholder…
