I saw this music video and fell in love with Pixie's haircut in it..

What type of hairstyle is that? How should I describe it to my hairdresser without having to show him the video? I feel like I see a lot of girls with it but with my luck would tell the hairdresser the wrong thing and I'd be very upset with the result!
