i dont like wearing eyeliner cause it makes me look gothic,, and im just 14
Suggestion:
Your young so natural looking is always best. Dab some concealer on zits (if you have any) and use a mineral foundation. Some loose powder, a pinky blush that compliments your skin tone. As for eyes a black or brown mascara depending on your coloring and a shimmery eyeshadow in a light tone like purple or pink.

. Apply light foundation concealer and powder ( ask your mom or sister to help ) and next if you have a white lipstick or pink lipstick use it but not on your lips but your face. Use a clean finger and slide just a little of the lipstick on your finger and dab it on your cheeks bones. It will reflect light but don't use too much then for your lips use a raspberry lip liner and a light red lipstick. After that's done apply some lip gloss ( clear or pink ). I'm not so sure if you can follow exactly as I said for the cheeks but if you don't want to use lipstick ( because it's actually for bright places and it's optional) use a blusher that compliments your face use a kabuki brush to better apply make sure the excess powder is gone first. For your eyes just use a gray gray eye shadow ( optional ) around your eyes only and don't put any on the brow bone or the bottom of your eyes.
Brown mascara
Brown eyeliner-it looks natural
Gold/copper shimmer eyeshadow
Red lipstick if doesn't look like too much or try a nude lipstick/lip gloss
just do basic make up no need for extra make up
You're still young.
The easiest would be to curl your lashes and apply mascara. Then a sheer lip gloss or one with a little sparkle to bring out your youthfulness.
If you want to add more or have any of the following:
Tinted moisturizer
lightly line your eyes with a dark eye shadow (like a brown, blue, green, purple, etc.), top lashes only if you don't want the gothic look. Carefully line as close to the lashes as possible. Use a q-tip to smudge if it's too dark and you don't have a brush or to clean up the line.
A peachy-pink blush along the cheek bone to add some color.
Easiest method for eye shadow: light color to highlight brow bone and all over your eye, medium to darker shade for your crease. Blend, blend blend. You want colors to gradually change from one to another. You do not want the color block look.
Two important rules to make up:
Blend blend blend
Less is more
