How Do I Make My Hair Curly?

hi i am looking for a way to get my hair to stay curling all day i have poofy/wavy hair about shoulder length and i have tried many different ways to curl it with curlers overnight or putting it in a messy bun ect. but it always turns out to be to much of a curl (cuz i want looser curls) and it looks even worst or it just doesnt curl at all.I'm getting really annoyed cause im so jealous of all these girls i see with such beautiful curly hair and some of them i know have naturally curly hair because i have friends with curly hair but some of them arent naturally curly and i dont know how they do it!!! so if you have a way you curl your hair i would really appreciate your help Thanks!

Suggestion:

simple…….just buy a fat barrel curling iron but use product in your hair before you curl it……that way it will keep the curl all day…..but remember to wash the barrel of the curling iron while it's still warm to keep the product from building up
