Suggestion:
I do my make up the same way!
First I use pink eye shadow from Clinique, like a sparkly pink eye shadow almost.
It doesn't look like she put on any eyeliner but if you want use brown eyeliner on the top lid (not the bottom!) or charcoal eyeliner on the top lid (which is what I use)
But just in case the make up look looks wrong with eyeliner, use brown mascara. The make up is very light here.
Her lipstick looks like a pale pink, I'd suggest using a pale pink and adding a little lip gloss over the top.
