I have no hair accessories at the moment. I know I shouldn't be changing it at the last minute but it's my wedding and I want to look perfect. I will say I don't like extremely intricate updos and they wouldn't really go with the theme. Suggestions and pictures please? Will give 10pts to person who gives me style I like best
Suggestion:
The style I would have chosen for the dress is the one you described. Are you sure you can't tweak it to make it suit your face better. For example have a few whispy curls falling down on your face to soften the look? Failing this, I'd go for something like the model in the photo. Loose curls falling to one side. Are you sure you are not just starting to panic a bit? Try taking photos of yourself with the hair done. It may look better than you think. Good luck. Stunning dress btw.

What a beautiful dress! The model's hairstyle is very flattering to the style of the dress. If your face looks too round, try pulling some tendrils out on one side and letting them drape down your strap side shoulder to soften the curves of your face and make it appear less round. Why don't you go to a salon and get their opinion? After all, they are the professionals.
Maybe for a clasp for the hair (if you go with the side ponytail) you could use a few small shells…?
Anyway, all brides are beautiful, aren't they? Isn't that a Universal Law or something?? I have NEVER heard a groom (or a proud parent of the bride) complain that his bride WASN'T stunning on their wedding day.
Enjoy your wedding day, don't obsess too much about your hairstyle…you'll be perfect, I know. Have a wonderful new life with your beloved.
Look here! You're gonna be "The Most Beautiful Girl in the World " at that event! I don't think yer husband will really mind, or anyone else for that matter! You must look good! How does he look?
Do the ceremony the best as ya can. I'm sure it will be story to tell the grand children!
Me and Wandy were gonna get married on February 29th, 1980. in St. Marys, Pa.
What a mess? The judge had a stroke while we were on the way. That kinda ruinded the wedding. Then we got to Denton Hill to ski.. There was no snow! Just leaves on the ground! Nice Honeymoon? We drove 1/2 way across Pennsylvania again at 20 below zero aginn to get married on March 1st in front of a didtrict justice! after our honeymoon in the back seat of a 1967 Camaro at 20 below zero!
Now that shoulda "rang a bell?"
We're still happy toghther! Don't ask me why? It would take too long to tell ya…..
Have you tried doing it like the model in the picture? With the shorter waves on the other side it balances the face out and shouldn't make it look too round. Maybe you just need to add some height to your hair? Otherwise, why not keep it down and curly but pull the sides back with a pretty clip? It would help to see your face so we can see what would suit you. Here are some ideas for you though….

Your dress is more than beautiful, with your red hair to top it off, you will be a very beautiful bride. How about trying the style that the model has on with the dress as it is shown. I would not try another style at the last moment, you are probably more than lovely the way you always wear your hair. As long as you allow some of that lovely hair down over your one shoulder as pictured, it will be so beautiful. Good luck at your wedding, and God Bless you both.
What about pulling your hair up on one side with a comb? Or a half & half style? A low pony tail in the back with some curls near your face? Maybe a birdcage veil?
The model in the picture has a great hairstyle.
something like this (with or without the veil)
