but what appointment should I do fist? hair or make up? I'm not wearing a vial (unless my mother gets her way haha). I want a very soft, natural wave (seeing as my hair IS naturally wavy haha) half like swept back ( a bit like this minus the vial and crow thingy http://pasha.epage.ru/Bridal/wedding-hairstyles-bridal-hair-designs.jpg ) make-up will be a really soft pallet, mostly nudes and light pinks (I'm a really pail person, but covered in freckles…not sure yet if I want to cover them up like my sister did, cause she look just strange, not like her at all!) I have baby-blue eyes, almost gray sometimes, and light brown hair (probably halfway down my back)

Suggestion:
Hair first. especially if you are going to get your hair washed you don't want to accidentally get water on your face and ruin your makeup.
