What is a Good Up-do for a 15 Year Old Bridesmaid?

My soon to be husbands sister is a bridesmaid in the wedding. I'm unsure of what hairstyle to give her because she is much younger than anyone else in the wedding party (all mid 30's). What are some good up-do's I could get for her?
